I'm Deb- CEO, worldwide executive coach, mentor, consultant and speaker. I'm here to help you take your leadership and impact to the next level!

Meet Deb

I live in New York, the home of some amazing food.
Just a short trip away is some of the most incredible food from all over the world.  But just because the food exists doesn’t mean I’m consuming it or being nourished from it.
Similarly like me you probably have books, dvd’s, webinars,  and other useful resources around you, maybe even on a bookshelf near the desk you’re sitting at right now.  But, just because they’re within your reach, if you don’t reach for then and consume then, you will never be nourished by them.
So before you rush out to purchase the ‘next’ great tool….look around and eat from the buffet you already have.

I like that… sometimes it’s easier to get new tools than to learn how to use what you have in your box… i think sometimes resources are a leaders addiction.

Addiction indeed. I know for me at times it feel safer to learn a new way to do something then to actually da da do it.
Fact is we each possess an incredible amount of knowledge already.
Oh and part of mine is in pizza : )
      Hope your week is great!
