The fact is, there is a science to strengths-based teams – a measurable science. In our work with teams, we use the DISC profiling system to identify strengths. We then map out individual strengths onto a team map. This very often identifies gaps or reveals reasons for conflict. Whether you have a team with too much competition, too much analysis, too much “fun”, or too much of a slow pace, the end result is the same. The work does not get done.

But if you add in strategic measures of strengths, you can totally change the dynamic – and the outcome.
