There’s a great little tool on the internet called Wordle where you can create a word cloud from text that you copy and paste into it. For example, using blogposts, presentations and other content I have created I merely copy and past the text into wordle and it provides me with a graphic showing me the key words in larger print. This allowed me to see what were the most common themes to my content. Then I was able to check those larger key words against my vision for Strength Leader, were they in tune? Was my message in line with my vision?
